Marilu was the real estate agent we selected when we recently found out we were being transferred to Florida.

At our first meeting, we were immediately comforted by Marilu when she sat with my wife and I and explained to us how she does business and what we can expect throughout the entire upcoming timeline. She had done extensive market analysis to show us what houses in our area were selling for and made suggestions as to what list price she thought we should place on our house, remembering that all decisions were ultimately ours.

We then asked her to provide us suggestions as to how we might make our house "Show Better" since we were anxious to sell the house in this depressed market and get to our new location.

We acted on all her suggestions and then began the nervous wait of showing our house.

Marilu initially told us it could take 45+ days to sell a house in this current market so not to be disappointed.
We had 2 people come look at the house within the first two weeks and soon had an offer from the first family that looked at the house. She sold it for us within 17 days!

Every step of the way, she would email us with status reports from the buyers agent and continually communicate with us at strategic times to make sure everything ran smoothly.

The booklet she put together for all persons coming to look at the house made it really stand-out from all the others.
